This Refund & Returns Policy applies to purchases made at alkaline7.herich.tech. Because our products are fresh, wildcrafted, perishable food items, the policy below is built around food safety rather than a standard retail return window.
Perishable goods
Sea moss gels, herbal blends, and other consumable products are perishable. For the safety of all of our customers, we cannot accept returns or offer exchanges on perishable food items once they have shipped. This is standard practice for fresh food and wellness products.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders
We stand behind every batch. If your order arrives damaged, leaking, spoiled on arrival, or if you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will make it right with a replacement or a refund.
Order changes and cancellations
Because we blend fresh and ship quickly, we can only change or cancel an order before it has shipped. Reach out as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your bank or card issuer to post the credit after we process it.
